Halverson & Company, Certified Public Accountants, a growing firm with offices in San Diego, CA and Lehi, UT, is looking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team and help in the firm's office administration. Hourly Compensation: Based on experience




  • Reception

  • Answering phones

  • Greeting active and potential clients

  • Calendaring and scheduling of activities and meetings

  • Activity and event planning

  • Metering mail and related mail duties

  • Occasional errands to support partner group

  • Scanning, uploading, and bookmarking documents

  • Maintaining electronic files and records

  • Office supply management

  • Various general bookkeeping and administrative tasks, as assigned




  • Bachelor's Degree (and/or Associate's Degree)

  • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong work ethic and time management skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Excellent client interaction skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize

  • Assertive and proactive

  • Well-developed ability to work in a team setting

  • Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Prior experience with Quickbooks is a plus
