While we are physically located in Southern California, current communication and information transfer technologies allow us to service our clients in locations stretching from the west coast to the east coast.

Our Firm features business clients ranging from the closely-held small business entity with annual revenues from $1 to $5 million to large publicly-held corporations with annual gross revenues in excess of $250 million. The Company maintains a significant client base in the restaurant/retail, real estate, and healthcare industries with an increasing workload in Accounting for Income Taxes (FASB 109) and multi-state tax engagements. Business advisory service engagements include tax entity selection, transaction structuring and other merger and acquisition transaction consulting.
